Margutti's ties are characterized by the class, the elegance and the uniqueness guaranteed by the fact that they are produced in limited numbers using a particular cutting method.
Special care is given to the hand craftsmanship of the woollen inner lining, that assures that the knot retains its proper shape and gives the tie a very pleasant soft and visual effect.
We use only highly selected and high quality fabrics, such as cachemire, wool, satin, linen and silk, which are produced by the best weaving mills.
Our standard model is usually 9.5/10 cm wide and 148/150 cm long. We also manufacture the famous Sevenfolds, our top product, the Doubleface the classic tie hand-stitched on the back, and Reale tie with a bicoloured knot.
All models are finished with red-coloured trimmings and closed with a hand-sewn cross-stitch.
On request we also manufacture custom-made ties for those customers who prefer other shapes.
